SMALL GROUP TRAINING

For those looking for a more affordable and fun alternative, small group training is the perfect solution, offering the benefits of one-on-one training at a more affordable price.

Ideal for groups of two to three individual with similar goals and levels of fitness, group training sessions will combine individual and group exercises to help reach your goals.  Surround yourself with positive energy to train while encouraging others to reach their goals too, small group training is a great option for friend and couples looking to share a fitness goal.

 

EMAIL GUIDANCE

This option can be combined with either of the above alternatives or as a stand alone option, enabling me to work with individuals remotely via email.

 

Training programmes are shaped over a series of telephone calls and a bespoke programmes is created and monitored as you progress via email with bespoke instructional videos provided to give guidance throughout.
